Substance Abuse Counseling
The services for the Substance Abuse Program at ACCESS include screenings, treatment plans, individual and group counseling. We are here to assist individuals recovering from alcohol and other drug addictions. Referrals are made from Probation, CPS, Parole, ACCESS, medical facilities, treatment facilities and from the community. If someone is interested in our services, call one of our ACCESS clinics and have an appointment set up with our receptionists for a screening. Once an appointment is made, a screening will be conducted to see if the person meets criteria for participation in the substance abuse program. Once the client is qualified for participation in the program, a comprehensive assessment would be completed to create the Primary Treatment Plan.
The Substance Abuse Program includes group counseling that meets each week and individualized counseling that is completed every other week. A client can expect to stay in this supportive outpatient treatment program approximately 3 months. After client completes the program they will receive a certificate of successful completion. A follow up will also be conducted once the client is out of the program between 60-90 days. Cost is on a sliding fee scale and insurance is accepted.
